Fees:

Psychiatric Evaluation (90 min): $350

Follow up (30 min): $150

Testing Fees:

• General labs: varies, can use insurance at Sonora Quest Lab. Can also do wholesale cash prices for labs at Quest as well (please request if needed).

• Metabalomix+: $500 for standard test, $575 (+MTHFR/COMT), includes cost of testing and personalized supplement plan/recommendations.

• QB Test (Adhd): $150

Insurance & Reimbursement:

We currently are not in-network with insurance which gives us increased flexibility to provide you with longer visits, concierge style care, and a more holistic approach to treatment. We do accept HSA/FSA and can also provide superbills for clients which you can often submit to insurance for partial reimbursement of services. Feel free to ask questions if you need help with process of submitting superbills to insurance.

Telehealth vs In-person Visits:

We offer both telehealth vs in-person visits. Telehealth works very well for psychiatry and can allow clients to participate in either a psychiatric evaluation or follow up visit from the comfort of their own home. Clients will receive a telehealth video link to their email/phone after booking appointments. If you are interested in an in-person visit we also have availability to accommodate you at our office on 1845 S. Dobson Road, Suite #213 in Mesa, Arizona.
