Services offered:

  • A psychiatric evaluation is the first step to explore recent struggles and assess, diagnose, and work on targeting root causes for mental health concerns. This is a comprehensive evaluation and helps give us a good starting place for working on a holistic treatment plan together. Depending on client goals and needs there may be recommendations for additional lab testing and education on therapy, lifestyle modification, medications, and supplement recommendations.

  • Depending on treatment plans we will plan to follow up initially every 4-6 weeks to assess and evaluate progress towards treatment goals. When clients are more stable and requiring less medication adjustments, follow up may move to more regular cycle of every 3 months.

  • We provide both pediatric and adult psychiatric services, treating ages 6-60. Conditions we primarily treat include ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Insomnia, and Mood Disorders/Bipolar.

  • Many people have experienced side effects or negative issues/concerns with psychiatric medications. There are different approaches to tapering medications but rapid tapers have been shown to cause withdrawal symptoms or neurological injury. Tapering medication is not a one-size fits all and if you are interested in tapering off psychiatric medication this is also something we can help with.

  • For supplements I use Fullscript to help send you recommended products/dosing and also discounts for products. I also provide compounded supplements through VitaminLabs. This can be incredibly helpful when it gets overwhelming taking numerous supplements. We can compound all your supplements and dosages into a few capsules versus numerous bottles/pills. This helps with compliance and ease. All supplements are high quality ingredients and 3rd party tested.

    For medications if you have insurance you can use insurance for prescriptions. I also recommend Amazon Pharmacy or Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs for cash/wholesale pricing for prescriptions.

  • We offer general lab testing in partnership with Sonora Quest Laboratories to assess for underlying physical health issues and root causes that could be contributing to worsening mental health conditions. See additional testing that is offered below.

Testing Offered: 

Adhd QB Testing:

QB testing is an FDA approved diagnostic test for ADHD that is utilized in combination with psychiatric evaluation and assessment for diagnosing and treating ADHD. It can be conveniently completed at home and results are sent to your provider and discussed with you during your visit. 

Metabolomix+:

Metabolomix+ test is a precision-based approach to identify nutrient deficiencies, optimize mitochondrial function, and restore the biological foundation of mental wellness. It assess organic acids, mitochondrial function, vitamins/minerals, amino acids, fatty acids/omegas, detoxification and antioxidants. Additionally, it can look at genetic gene variations such as MTHFR and COMT. Instead of guessing which nutrients or supplements you need, the Metabolomix+ test provides quantifiable data that connects how you feel with what’s happening biochemically. We can use the information gathered to help create a customized supplement plan for you.

Genesight Testing

Genesight testing is a genetic DNA test for helping find medications that might be more likely to work or carry potentially less side effects. It also tests for MTHFR gene mutations. The test is done by a cheek swab and results are often ready within a week or less.
